1. The use of the disposal vehicle is charged for a minimum of half day. (Disposal will be within Ring Road only).
2. 50% Extra will be charged after 8:00 pm at night for Airport Arrival/Departure and Disposal.
3. A/C is included in the above-mentioned rates.
4. For Gully, Grabill, and Hilly Roads, 25% extra will be charged.
5. For Day Return Trips should enter Kathmandu Valley within 10 pm, If there will be late O/N will be Charged.
6. Day return means dropping off or returning the same day, if night stayed O/N charged will be applicable.
7. Above mentioned Kilometer/Rate is fixed for Two way.
8. If the Vehicle is not working properly then will have to provide another vehicle as soon as possible.
9. While doing Arrival/Departure for Gokarna/Budhanilkantha/Godawari half a day will be charged for related places.
10. For Sightseen at Gokarna/Budhanilkantha/Godawari extra half-day sightseeing charge will be added.
11. The above rates are inclusive of 13% VAT.
12. If the amount of Petrol or diesel is increased by Rs. 5.00, then the rate will be revised. This rate is considered when the rate of petrol is 110 per liter and Diesel is 92 per liter.
13. Car = 1 rate of car, Van= 1.5 rate of car, Haice/jeep = 1.75 rate of car, Coaster = 2.25 rate of car, Sutlej Bus = 2.75 rate of car.
14. If the Booked trip is canceled 25 % will be charged as a cancellation charge.
15. The rates for Scorpio, and Tata Jeep are considered to the rate of Van and the rates of Mitsubishi, Toyota, Nishan, and Jeep are to be considered to the rate of Hiace.
